About shipping
- We ship your purchase within two working days. Customised pieces will take 7 to 10 days to ship.
- Delivery takes 3–5 days within India and 8–14 days worldwide. We will mail the tracking details.
- Flat ₹150 shipping within India. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, depending on the weight and destination postcode.
- MRP includes local GST, but tariffs and import duties are to be borne by the customer.
About exchanges
- Each piece is made to order, or in small batches, so we don’t offer refunds.
- We’re happy to exchange for a different product; just email us within 3 days of receiving the products to reserve yours. Customised products are not eligible for exchange.
- If your size is unavailable, please choose an alternative style or receive a store credit (valid for 3 months). Returned items must be unused and unwashed; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Slight variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted work - not defects.
About care
- All textile-based wearables require dry cleaning unless instructed otherwise. Handmade fabric bags are best cleaned by spot-treating stains with mild soap and water, or by hand-washing in cold water to prevent damage.
- Store silver in individual, airtight anti-tarnish bags, and remove any tarnish using a silver cloth or silver dip. For a general clean, scrub your jewellery with a soft toothbrush in warm, soapy water, or take it to a reputable local jeweller.
- Paintings should be cleaned gently with soft brushes for dust removal, and with appropriate solvents or distilled water for deeper cleaning, depending on the medium (oil or acrylic) or consult a professional art conservator to avoid irreversible damage.
- Each piece is handcrafted—unique in texture, rich in heritage, and light on the planet. Slight fading and colour variation may occur; that’s the charm of natural dyes and hand processes.
About sizes
- Measurements provided on product pages reflect the actual garment dimensions and not body measurements. Compare our measurements with a blouse or garment from your wardrobe that fits you comfortably, and you will find a match.
