While our ready-to-wear collections are crafted with care, we understand every person is unique in taste and form. That is why we offer a personalised customisation service, so you can wear something that feels made exclusively for you.

How It Works

1. Customising an Existing Piece. Fallen in love with something from our collection but wish it were in a different size or colour? We can make it happen. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp and share your requirements. Our team will guide you from there.
2. Creating Something Entirely New. Whether it's a special occasion, a gift for a loved one, or simply a garment you have envisioned, we would love to bring it to life. Get in touch with us to schedule a consultation appointment with our founder and designer, Anuradha Ramam.
3. Visiting Us in Delhi. If you are based in Delhi or nearby, you are always welcome to visit our store. For a one-on-one session with Anuradha Ramam herself, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure she can give you her undivided attention.
4. Based Outside Delhi? No Problem. Distance is no barrier to great design. Reach out to us, schedule an appointment, and our designer and team will connect with you via video call to help you select fabrics, colours, and designs, all from the comfort of your home.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Materials: We work exclusively with fabrics sourced by us. As we take great care in selecting and procuring quality materials, we are unable to accept fabric brought in by clients for customisation orders.
  2. Advance Payment: All customisation orders require a 50% advance payment before work commences.
  3. Non-Exchangeable: Since commissioned garments are made to your specific measurements and preferences, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Accuracy of Measurements: Clients are requested to provide accurate measurements. While our team will assist and guide you, we recommend revisiting measurements before final confirmation, as alterations post-production may incur a charge.
  5. Timelines: Customisation orders have a production lead time that will be communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the garment's complexity and the availability of materials. We will keep you informed at every stage.
  6. Design Changes: Any changes to the design, fabric, or specifications after work has commenced may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
  7. Order Confirmation: A customisation order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written agreement of the design details shared by our team.
