Shipping policy

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

1.1 Shipping Charges

  • A flat rate of One Hundred Fifty Indian Rupees (INR 150) shall be applicable for all shipments within the territory of India.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

1.2 Delivery Timeframe

  • Upon successful placement of an order, the Customer shall receive an electronic mail communication containing:
    • A comprehensive order summary
    • Estimated delivery timeframe to the specified delivery location
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on any working day shall be processed and dispatched on the subsequent working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) shall be processed and dispatched within two (2) working days.

1.3 Delivery to Remote Locations

  • Delivery timeframes may be extended for locations with limited accessibility by our designated logistics partners.
  • In such instances, the Company shall proactively communicate with the Customer via email and SMS.
  • Customers are advised to monitor their registered email address and mobile phone regularly for status updates.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

2.1 Geographical Coverage

  • The Company provides worldwide shipping services to all international destinations.

2.2 Address Requirements

Customers placing international orders must provide the following mandatory information:
  • Complete residential or commercial address (Post Office Box addresses are not accepted)
  • Valid postal code/ZIP code
  • Active telephone number with country code

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges shall vary based on:
    • Package dimensions and weight
    • Destination country and region
  • Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed upon entry of the complete delivery address and postal code during checkout.

2.4 Delivery Timeframe

  • International shipments shall be dispatched through reputable international courier partners.
  • Customers should allow up to twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of dispatch for package delivery.
  • Delivery timeframes may be extended in certain jurisdictions due to:
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Remote geographical locations
    • Local regulatory requirements

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Order cancellation requests shall be accepted only if the order has not been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

3.2 Cancellation Process

  • Customers wishing to cancel an eligible order must contact our customer service department immediately.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. TAXES AND DUTIES

4.1 Domestic Orders (India)

  • The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) displayed on all products includes the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.
  • No additional taxes shall be levied on domestic orders.

4.2 International Orders

  • Prices quoted for international orders are exclusive of:
    • Import duties
    • Customs tariffs
    • Local taxes
    • Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent consumption taxes.
    • Any other applicable charges imposed by the destination country
  • The Customer shall bear sole responsibility for payment of all such duties, tariffs, taxes, and charges.
  • The Company accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred during customs clearance or local delivery.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1 Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or failures of its logistics partners.

5.2 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the designated courier partner.

5.3 Communication

  • All official communications shall be sent to the email address and phone number provided during order placement.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of contact information and to regularly monitor communications.
